VAGGELIS PENIKIS

Acclaimed Greek bartender Vaggelis Penikis is a rising star in the global cocktail circuit, celebrated for his inventive use of indigenous Mediterranean herbs and spirits. Vaggelis Penikis will be joining Asian Sensation BKK 2025 for a guest shift hosted by Dicky Hartono at Firefly Bar in the Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel. The event will feature dishes by Thessaloniki native and Bangkok’s Ore restaurant chef, Dimitrios Moudious, who will showcase an exclusive menu exploring the thrilling cross-section of Greek, Thai, and Tropical flavors.
