Following extensive travels through Mexico, Stelios developed a profound connection to the culture and diversity of agave, making him one of the foremost non-Mexican authorities on tequila and mezcal.

For Asian Sensation BKK 2025, Stelios Papadopoulos will join the ultimate celebration by designing the Mexican-themed drinks program for the Closing Party, collaborating with Chef Ton and Chef Pam.
