A multiple World Class Thailand Champion and Bacardí Legacy winner, Ronnaporn is celebrated for his "One Ingredient, One Cocktail" philosophy that minimizes waste and maximizes flavor. 

As the owner of Mahaniyom Cocktail Bar, Ronnaporn's approach is deeply culinary, treating every cocktail as a dish by applying the nose-to-tail concept to his ingredients. His technique transforms local Thai produce—from fruits to spices —into complex, innovative, and sustainable drinks that celebrate the rich and diverse palate of Thailand. 

For Asian Sensation BKK 2025, Ronnaporn will create the signature cocktail pairing menu for Chef Ton’s exclusive tasting at Nusara.
