Born in Thailand, Kewkacha studied statistics before dedicating himself to his passion for food, becoming a self-taught master of desserts. His culinary approach is deeply influenced by Japanese and Thai flavors, resulting in innovative concepts that blend sweet and savory elements, including his executive pastry chef role at Gaggan Anand at Louis Vuitton. His ventures are featured on esteemed 50Best Discovery list.

For Asian Sensation BKK 2025, Chef Rathour will create an exclusive, high-concept tasting menu at the prestigious Gaggan at Louis Vuitton with a sparkling-themed cocktail pairing, offering guests a unique convergence of fashion, food, and mixology.
